Sixteen years old, GC Evolutions hosted its first event, an experience that inspired us to bring people together with food and love ever since. From those early days, despite the challenges faced, our passion for cooking and community kept us going. Our roots are multi-cultural, influencing our unique offerings as a catering company in Toronto.
